Specialising in one of the art department’s most technical and detail-driven roles, Tei designs the objects that anchor fictional worlds in reality. Graphics that must survive close-ups, fabrication, and the logic of the story itself, and at times, make the crew laugh.

The work spans signage, documents, packaging, textiles, interfaces, and environmental graphics, developed with an emphasis on clarity, believability,
and production practicality. Every design is built to function, not just decorate.

With nearly a decade of experience across television and feature film, Tei has collaborated with art directors and production designers on large scale international productions including The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Klara and the Sun, The Wrecking Crew, and Heart of the Beast, Cowboy Bebop, Zelda, and more.
